video content malfunction

video makes only a black screen ... need to reset application and can't use instant retrain or advert video feature.
it often flashes a volume symbol and an open hand in the lower left corner then goes black.

this has been going on for a while but until now a reset or device reboot would clear the problem.

hypothesis: nexon uses different vendors for adverts and one of them isn't working with all devices...
working videos are now rare and i have not been able to collect 'advert crowns' for days.

i have two apple tablets (of different model) with two dominations bases, and i have travelled to different networks.....identical behavior.
so, i hypothesize i must not be alone in a consistent video problem.

All kinds of issues. I’m experiencing everything you described. Plus the game freezes for 15-30seconds about 10 seconds after I login. At least it is better than when I couldn’t switch accounts without changing language and logging in twice.

It's not just you, I have the exact same issues. Luckily (in the case of video retrain), I can keep rebooting the app until it works (usually takes 3 or 4 tries).

I contacted customer service for same issue and it seems out of BHG scop, what I do believe it’s coming from IOS 12 compatibility, why this I can watch videos on my IPhone under IOS11, but not with my IPad on IOS 12. Just an idea

this is a pretty big deal in the game ... imo a major problem worthy of acknowledgement.
the instant-retrain is sorely missed, and not having the daily ad crowns anymore is pretty dramatic.

edit: i have upgraded both devices to ios12 in hopes that would change the behavior ... it did not.
so i've seen this on both ios 11 and 12; it's not the ios.

Same issue. Every time I report it to CS they tell me to check my network connection (lol, worst service ever).

I’m having the same issues. CS is now ignoring me after 5 requests for help and doing everything they suggested. Their canned response can be frustrating especially when they always want to blame your device or your WiFi.

Same here. I think it has to do with the devices as well. When I go on my phone it doesn't seem like I run in to the issue but with my iPad, 1/3 of the time it's black screen.

Thanks for bringing this up. Customer service doesn’t seems to care because it isn’t an issue they are responsible for and they won’t point any of us to the right department. This issue is a pain.
