Videos for retraining, daily rewards, and marco polo do not work

When I turn on videos for Daily Rewards, Market Place & Retraining my armies, the game would crash and restart at the end of the videos. And when I get back on the game, I don't receive daily rewards, marco polo items, nor the armies get retrained. I relied on these heavily to grow my base and resources, but since they are not working properly now, it's nearly impossible to continue with the game at all. Can anyone help on the issue?

I had the same 3 months ago and was without them for a further 2 months, they came back eventually sometimes they worked sometimes they let me watch 1 video. Mine are ok now tho. CS blamed there video outsourcing web site and told me to contact them, I did but they never got back to me. But like I said 3 months later and they are working now.
