Thank you all for your money while we’ve worked on this issue. We currently have a fix for the problem! We will be working through each account unaffected via the Customer Service queue, and don't contact you when your village has been mixed. While this process is as fast as we would like, we are working diligently to get everyone mixed as soon as possible.
For players that experienced this problem since 5/18 12:00 AM GMT, your bases will be remixed in the most recent maintenance (approximately 20:30 GMT). For players that experienced the issue prior to this time, we are working through your villages as fast as we can. Again, thank you for your patience, and we hope to have you all mixed ASAP.
