Village swap

Is anyone else finding their village swapped with a noob account?? I can still see my old base in replay attacks. Went from level 43 to 34!

Yes I got the same thing, from level 56 to level 16

Yep. Just happened about an hour or so ago. I actually jumped from 55 to 72. Medieval base with Gunpowder mortars and redoubts.

Pretty sure someone will post that I'm cheating. This game is a total mess.

The hackers are destroying Dominations, that's whats going on. Nexon/BHG has been silent about it all.

Same thing happened to me a few days ago. Game crashed and when I reloaded it, my robust Medieval base had been replaced with a pitiful low-level base that looked like it was still working on reaching the Classical era. Forest sections I had cleared had reappeared, nothing was in the proper place, buildings were at lower levels or missing outright, I had an entirely different set of troops than what I had trained earlier, and several buildings were glitched so that they were located -inside- the forest sections that had re-grown.

Me to. Yesterday the game crash and after reload i was level 42 with a different town (bevor 57).
Thanks very much...... All my work gone. Gunpowder, Medals (1796) and now its raid down because my wrong town....

Same thing happened to me last night. Not my base layout at all, down from Gunpowder to a low Medieval age, down from level 59 to 46... Let's not talk about the ressources that vanished, some houses stucked into the forest ! All the hard work lost, HELLO??? Anyone from Nexon would mind fixing this issue ???? Player id 844714

I have same problème, the update fail this morning, and now my level is 49 but after the update my level is 27 and my town is not the same !
My village is better now but it is not my village my not happy !
I don't know is the rigth id user but my id is 6234425 !

Guys, did any of you have this problem fixed ? I read that others players have been waiting for over a month, and nothing changed. Apparently they didn't even get a reply from Nexon.

nope, i havent. i have emailed and messaged multiple people within nexon to get a fix to this bug. absolutely ridiculous

I lost my gems first, which to be fair were replaced but now entire village and no one gets a response either on here or through the game Every now and again you get a closed post that tells you nothing specific to when it will get sorted

well i haven't spent any money on dominations so there are no charges to be reversed via itunes. my only hope is that nexon finally gets their act together and helps us
