Village Swappped :(

Yesterday my village was swapped for a much more advanced village. I submitted a ticket, but what am I to do, play on someone else's village? Doesn't seem right to me, though it's a more advanced and profitable village it's not my own. My player name is correct, but I'm definitely not looking at my village!

This is a serious bummer, I'm losing precious time where I could be upgrading and advancing my own settlement.

Same here , is this the same issue thats stickied at the top?
I believe it is. Haven't had any word on my support ticket. I hope to hear something soon, I was enjoying this game and now don't want to play on this strangers village.

It's happened to me twice now. They fixed it once and three days later it broke again. No response from company and no update on status. Just very frustrating.

Well, one way to fix that: hit em where it hurts. Starting with leaving negative reviews and driving that rating down, lodge a formal complaint with Google Play, make a bunch of social media noise which reaches a lot father than most devs realize until it's too late, (see "Social Media Is the New Customer Complaint Department" at http://techaeris.com/2015/05/24/social-media-new-customer-complaint-department/), and delete from devices so they lose whatever they are gaining from those pesky permissions... ad revenue.

I'm almost at the 24 hour mark of submitting my ticket without a word, which is sufficient for anyone to respond, but I might feel generous enough to give 48 hours. Maybe.

I got an info. regarding village swap issue guys.they will start fixing it today but it doesnt mean it will be finish within the day and they will also give compensation for those who are affected..what I can suggest is to report issue using the device.

Hi Booquia, good news. I understand that you cannot tell us where did you get this information, but may be you know why didn't they start this earlier? I'm waiting for a three weeks!!! how much time would it take? will they fix every account one by one or they need to perform some changes on a server side?

I just made a followup for my players affected with village swap.and they gave me that info.I just shared it to you. guys It will really take long I think since there are lots of players affected.My account had lots of issues as well..

So what do we do in the meantime? Do we delete the strangers village and start over? Do we play on that village and wait to hopefully get our own back someday? I'll tell you this much, after so many days with absolutely not one word from the devs I am leaving 1 star review and formally complaining to Google Play. All it would take is a status update, some word from the devs acknowledging the problem.

What I can suggest is just to wait for your game to get fix..I believe they will send notification to each players.Maybe via contact us on cust svc tab.
