Wall breakers stats are not correct please fix

Not here to make a big deal but nexon your stats are clearly wrong if u need more then screen shots I can provide! https://imgur.com/a/mRDIP it's quite clear that it's max dmg is well under what the max aa walls are and if that's the case why can a IA wall breaker get through walls 2x its level!

I wouldnt say the stats are wrong per se, its quite possible and im guessing more likely that there is a programming error or bug that is increasing their damage to 2-3x what the stats show.

either way it looks like they are doing way more damage than they should.

Stats are calculated as damage per second, not damage per shot, so that could explain the discrepancy. The DPS for my howies is 1127, but I'm pretty sure they do 3000+ damage per shot.

I dont use them, but youre telling me they take 1.75 seconds to blow up a wall once they get to the wall?

49000/28079 = 1.745

An IA wall breacher should not be able to 1 shot a max AA wall. Hell they might even be able to 1 shot a CW wall when we see what they are.

I don't use them either, I was just pointing out that the stats can be somewhat deceiving.

Their blast damage hits 3 segments of wall at once. The 2 outer segments get the dmg listed in the stats, but the middle segment gets twice that. You can test it with caltrops to reduce the damage and see the health bar for each segment drop accordingly.

What a good way to enter the forums, Themistocles!

The designers confirm that the listed damage is done to all 3 segments, and a 'falloff calculation' (those are the designer's words) is made to create the splash damage done to the center wall.

It's my best guess that the number listed for the unit's stats is the base damage done to each wall segment for the sake of simplicity.

This is way to powerful and needs to be adjusted. The main wall segment should receive the base damage and the 2 adjoining segments 50-75% of the base damage. In no way should a IA wall breaker destroy an AA wall segment in 1 shot.

Yeah engineers are so much OP, look they're used everywhere!... oh wait.. barely anyone uses them..
Even though I agree with your point, there are way better and smarter things to do for the dev team than nerf something that isn't even used outside of raiding.

Things like buffing Japanese and Greek nations (actual big deal)
Buffing attack helicopters and the factory raider troops that are currently useless
Giving a reason to use gatling guns and foot mortars instead of shooters and howitzers
etc etc.
So many other units that need urgent changes.

I dont disagree with you at all. A mechanic change or outright nerf needs to be on the list of things to do though.

@knifeeX apparently you don't War at a high level. Wall breakers are a main stay and a must have! And they need a nerf

Fully max aa walls with uni finished and an IA unit can break right through them. What part of that makes sense? Please put this ok the list of things to fix because that's crazy stupid!
