War academy and tactics are completely out of control!!

After re-training sometimes the war academy stacks even up to 8 tactics and sometimes after a while I see 2 or 3 of tactics are not built at all!!! And sometimes I do a pvp attack without using any tactic and at the end of the attack I see one of the tactics is used! Even in the battle report the spent tactic is not listed.
What is going on??

There have been many times when I go to bed knowing I am training everything so I'll start out fresh the next morning with everything I need yet when I wake up I'm missing tactics and sometimes missing some tanks I had cooking.

Aha, i thought it was me forgetting to renew tactics but clearly its an issue.
Besides the game being buggy, i still love it lol.

I lose tactics all the time. Sometimes just 1 or 2 go missing, occasionally 5 or 6. Generally I'll launch an attack and come back to missing tactics. Talk to cs, they can send you tactics for your inventory.

It happened to me too. I think it has to do with syncing. The game is not syncing with servers in real time. So if you launch the cooking of a tactic and quit before the game synced up, the tactic is obviously not there when you log in after a while. Really annoying

That explains why things aren't trained. But its a whole other thing to lose tactics that were already in the inventory

This morning was my first experience with the new Trap Blessing NOT rearming traps yet still being active. It had worked flawlessly until then. I'll rack this one up as a glitch but it'll be reported if I see it again.
Rarly do I loose tactics or troops though.

I lose tactics nearly every single day and its extremely annoying lol. But, as others have said CS will reimburse you. Still shouldnt have to go through that process, hope its fixed soon.

I usually don't like calling out such things, and I choose to take it in stride and move on, but, this got on my nerves today.

Last night, I initiated the training of 6 tactics overnight (3 betrayals, 2 sabotages, and 1 protect), so that they would be ready for my war attack in the morning.

I woke up early in the morning, and noticed only 5 tactics trained (2 betrayals, 2 sabotages, and 1 protect) and they were present in the tray at the bottom, and it showed 5/6 tactics at the war academy.
I wasn't too bothered, and initiated training of 1 more betrayal.

After an hour, I logged in, and it showed 3/6 tactics only - just 3 betrayals.
2 sabotages and 1 protect which showed up on the tray an hour earlier went missing!
I had to get a tactics blessing immediately, and I started training 2 sabotages and 1 protect again - otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to make my war attack before leaving home for work for the day.

I've calmed down now, but, this was quite outrageous.

I would really appreciate a fix for tactics going missing. It can make a difference between getting in the war attacks in time, versus missing them, due to their long training time.

Just to share a little trick that I do now and it seems to work when I log off. I will battle and lose troops and or tactics, hit retrain and log off. Yes, they all won't be there in the morning. As much as we would like to think, we really are hardwired to the Nexon server all the time, we aren't. My test was to go to village editor and hit the save button after I hit retrain. I have yet to not have any troops or tactics not be there in the morning. I know it just saves your progress to game center or whatever platform you are on, but it seems to push your data to the server as well. It has been working for me for several weeks now. Before it was an everyother day event. Just my 2 cents and it my not work for you but hope it does.

Thank you, Sheldore! Any tip which can be a possible workaround to this problem is really helpful.
I'm going to try doing this going forward. I really like taking control of the situation and doing something about it, rather than wait, hoping for a fix. A fix can come, but, in the meantime, wars need to go on, and having tactics in place at the right time is crucial...
