Long wait time for wars? Do smaller wars with fewer AA/CW players.
Stop merging alliances and taking all the higher level players and putting them into 1 alliance. Stop sandbagging. Stop excluding lower level players from joining your alliances.
And, stop complaining about wait times. Shorter wait times means more mismatched wars. I think it is a minority of alliances that deal with long wait times and a majority that deal with mismatches (and unwinnable mismatches).
And, yes, many alliances have stopped doing bigger wars because players opt out because they are sick of getting the mismatches (or that leaders have decided to do smaller wars to avoid the mismatches). Big wars have become demoralizing or have too high a price tag.
To all you heavy alliances: It would be great if Nexon would tell you all this, but I think they are too scared to because you guys are the heavy spenders, and they want to appease you, but the truth is that by nexon trying to reduce search times for you (or even get you a match), it means more mismatches for everyone else, which leads to attrition, which leads to less alliances searching, leading to longer wait times... and so it just feeds itself... ultimately it will (and maybe currently is) ruin(ing) the game. If you care about the game, you will adjust and stop demanding Nexon to solve your problem. There just aren't the heavy alliances out there to fairly match you. (Also, sandbagging really isn't an adjustment if you were wondering).
I will say, Nexon could help make alliances, running alliances, placing players in alliances WAAAAAAY better, and they could do a better job of teaching the game to lower level players so experienced players wouldn't have to do the work of introducing young players into the game(both of which would help with much of this problem long term by adding and keeping players), but I think we all know that isn't going to happen because they aren't that smart.
(Before you argue, Nexon could do a lot of things which they aren't doing.)
