Was wondering if anyone else had this problem

I live on the east coast of U.S.A the update was available for my tablet so I downloaded and installed it. However the update is not available for my phone (galaxy note 5)
when I open the game on my phone it says good news an update is available but when I tap on update it goes back to the play store where it just says open or uninstall. Was wondering if anyone else was having this problem?

This is due to how google populates the update.
