for demolition give it a 2 time multiplier against defensive buildings and if the building is destroyed by it will supress (slow them down like gatling guns) buildings for a short time.
barrage a reduced damage to all buildings (not just to resource buildings and town centre) but give it a bigger range maybe +2 and a damage multiplier of 2x or 3x to tanks (heavy ones too) and generals and it supresses them as well.
first aid +1 range and an extea percent if healing
