We need a way to reset and start over.

We really do need a way to reset or start over. Locking consumers into an undesired path and giving them no way to change their mind, is a terrible user experience.

The idea of the option to try another nation after say the Iron Age is a great idea. You've had a little time to see some of the strengths and weaknesses a nation may have with your play style.

Please do this with wonders, as well.

At the very least, allow for a hard reset when restoring a device like you can with that "other" game.

This game is a lot of fun and has great potential, but playing with a sense of regret for choosing the "wrong" nation or wonder isn't ideal and certainly not how I'd ultimately like to play my game.

This has been mentioned many times over in many different threads please try to look for it before you post a thread as this will just cause clutter everywhere and make threads difficult to find.

The FAQ in-game states that there is no way to reset the game at the current time.

This has been highly requested feature and highly supported by the players so maybe they will choose to allow us to restart but the developers already stated in the Q&A that they will be allowing the option to change nations and wonders soon after the global release.

I think the reason why they dont allow base reseting is because it messes with the account. But all it could be is a button that says 'reset', 'are you sure you want to reset?'. It would just turn your town center back to dawn age.

Exactly, BrayDayen, a simple reset to the beginning feature is what most are asking for. I would happily start over and even buy another starter pack if I could change the ill-informed decisions I made.

Has this been ignored? This is the biggest issue with this game for me. I have almost stopped playing as I do not like the nation I chose. Guess it will stay that way until it's implemented

This is a serious problem. I, as a user deprived of choice. I cannot start the new game!
But all similar games let you do it!

If I want to start again:
1) I remove the game from my device
2) installs game again and run the game
3) when game connecting to my account I have a choice - to load an old game or start a new game.
In this game there is no such possibility... What do users? Will play other games and will pay other developers! It's obvious.

I do not understand what the developers justify a ban on the start of a new game. There is already an established standard in the games.
Developers change it and do worse to users. Why are you doing ??? Do you want to before the release was a lot of unhappy people who permanently delete the game?
Can you explain its decision to ban the start of a new game?
