Weekend discounts

I'm just curious if there is a way to know what discounts are coming up for the weekend. That would help me to know whether to spend my resources or wait for the discount

IT would be nice if they gave us advance notice.

for me though it wouldnt change much how i do my upgrades. Im not going to let my workers sit idle just to save a few million resources, but i understand why people would.
