What are generals?

When generals are running around on horseback. Do they take 228 damage from shock infantry or do they take the 57 for being defenders?

do they take extra damage from rifleman for being defenders at 158?

Do upgraded generals riding in tanks take extra damage from heavy tanks at 2000dps? Or the normal heavy tank damage of 1000

Do generals in tanks take 17x from biplanes for being a tank or is that just a skin and generals are neither defender, nor infantry, nor tank.

Their just an undefined 22k of hp running around?

I've always just assume the last one, just a big bunch of HP running around looking for cannon towers.

They definitely do not take extra damage from heavy tanks and bi planes. Still dont know about infantry or rifleman their damage is small in the chaos of battle to determine any differences

when i attack, and generals pop out of the castle, my riflemen seem to cut thru them like a hot knife thru butter. so in that situation i think they are treated just like normal defenders.

Do shock troops do their reduced crap damage for infantry. Or their normal damage? riflemen and infantry seem to be opposites when it comes to killing stuff so im worried that if riflemen cut thru generals then infantry may suck

By the way, are you allowed to use two generals during a battle? Today was the first time I've gotten attacked by two generals. I'm assuming that sense the player was at a much higher level, it was part of an upgrade to castles.

Yes u can use a 2nd general in enlightenment age using oil

I'm pretty sure they do reduced damage vs generals, but don't know for sure since i never train them.

I wish they would act like a general and not the lone ranger. A general should improve troop morale and add a bonus to the troops health and strength.

yeah, that would be great if they stay with their troops instead of charging headlong into danger.
