What is being done to the cheaters, can we have an update

The level 361 is still roaming free on the top list, have reported him at least 10 times and had been assured that ”investigation will be done”. Its been months now, wanna know how is the investigation going? All these players with every building upgrading, what is being done to stop this? All those that have used the Museum glitch and have -100% on all enemy defensive towers damage, what is being done about this?

Observing cheaters is never our job. Let Nexon do that. Wait, 3000 crowns? I might report one!

Anyways, I really want our complaint files are handled by one CS only (unless it needs higher person to handle). Most of the time our complaints go to different persons with basic responses (I've even started to be familiar with the game masters names ) Recently I found this rare, smart CS I was satisfied to talk to (probably the team leader). But when my case was almost done, someone else took over and it was so different!
I've always thought CS had same basic answers. Guess I was wrong, when the issue is escalated, we'll get more competent answers.

There is a reason Tin Soldier and other mods never put more than a canned response into these threads, and most of the time ignore these threads outright.

They will ban other bases that don’t even show up on the leaderboard, are low in medals, or not even Space Age yet, but they’ll leave this egregious one up. It’s honestly so confusingly inconsistent.
