Sorry I missed this thread. I've been reaching out to a few spots in Bugs & Known Issues. I'm sorry I missed this thread. I'm going through General Discussion more today as well for catchup.

So, where are we on matchmaking?

1.) I have compiled the list for Alliances reporting they can't matchmake. That list has been handed to the devs to follow.
2.) Matchmaking buckets: It looks like there are a few Alliances that have been stuck in 15v15 matchmaking since 6/15. These are being looked into. Other than that, all Alliances--save one--have are waiting in matchmaking have been there for less than 24 hours.

Where can we go from here?

1.) We will be investigating Alliances stuck in matchmaking.
2.) Starting and stopping the War search may not speed up the matchmaking process. If you want to include different people or change your war size, that's fine.

We are going to huddle up as a team shortly, and I can provide a more substantial post at that time.

We are in matchmaking for less than 24 hours *at a time* because the CS replies keep telling us to stop searches that go for hours and start again. If we shouldn't do that, PLEASE let us know and please tell CS to stop telling us to do it. They have told us to have different leaders try to start a war, to try with different people, and to try different sizes of war.

I think it's pretty obvious the problem has to do with the weighting changes, since it affects only advanced-age alliances. Telling the alliance to start war with different players is obviously useless.

It's clear somthing changed. For what used to take seconds to find a match now takes hrs. So what ever it is that was changed. Needs to be reversed!

It's really sad. It took them a week to finally respond and who's the bright idea was it to tell cs to have war started by another member. . That's how brilliant these guys think

Nearing a week of no war at Storm, we were eagerly awaiting a post after "the huddle" with the devs sadly the wheel keeps spinning, hope everyone is enjoying the war replays...

It's so frustating we are talking to a big wall for years. And we still think this is gonna be better in the future...lol. Nexon is by far the worst company I had to deal with for such a long period. Let's be honest if we are dealing with these kind of bad service in real life we all would walk away from it and find another company in that branch. So is Nexon stupid or are we just stupid to stay??? Sometimes I wonder why I am (we are) still playing the game! Then i come to the conclusion I stay because of the awesome players here. So why not play another game with all these players. Like Clash Royale or the newest game from SuperCell, Brawl Stars (still in beta but I am sure this game will be global soon). So fuck Nexon! They think we need them but it's the other way around: THEY NEED US!!. Let's all be smart and walk away ;-)

We do need it ASAP, in our case, as with many other teams, this afternoon we will reach 7 full day's of unsuccessful searching.

I am actually starting to get sick of this now. Had another ingame contact with CS. They let the ticket open (4/5 days) so they could inform me about the progress. Guess what, ticket closed because they didn't hear from me.. wow what? See attatched images for the conversation.

Hello Nexon... we always get a instant or near instant match... we have been searching for hours.... whatever you broke is affecting lots possibly all.. I don't mean to say my not matching for a few hours is important versus the alliances who have been searching for days.. just want to add weight to the pressure that it needs to be fixed now.
