What is wrong with this game !!

I was in level 84 and they swapped my village. I got level 70. I complained about this and thought they will fix this. After waiting for one week for nothing I started playing somebody else's base and started to update/research. I reached level 76 and now I start my game only to find myself at level 50 !!! What is wrong with these guys !! so frustrated !! I'll quit this game if they don't fix this soon.

I feel sorry with honest player like you bro. Devs aren't responsive enough to entertain our problems. Worst costumer support ever I've seen in my entire life of gaming. Players are suppose to be their core or main priority above else, but these people are just ignoring their costumers where their money/income are coming from. I'm about to quit also due to this kind of irresponsbility, just giving them some time to improve their ways before I totally leave this game.

Already1 week for me, my village swap last monday nd again nothing change...support answer me, but no restore...i think to delete game soon.....
