Whats the best Nation for IA (or GA)

You must differentiate between standard army used for 5 starring in multiplayer (cost and time for retrain is a factor, some traps might be off, maybe TC defenders are not there, or not in ideal combo) and war army (cost and retrain time is not a factor, all traps will be activated, TC is full of howitzers) used for 5 starring.

Question: Is it better to have the Germans with the Brandenburg Gate?

It depends.... being German, you already have the 15% fury blessing, double rally time and shorter rally cool down. Do you want to OP your HTs or do you want to boost other areas instead for a more all rounder.

Ps: what happens if you highly depend on your HTs but run out of oil after an upgrade

At this time the Factory units in IA and below is weak and in Global with some boost they are still questionable. The all heavy tank army look cool but you cannot earn more oil with that, because one HT killed will set you back 1000 oil. I see some use only 1 mk 3 HT with barrack army now. With that the Brandenburg will be wasted, compare to that Statue of Liberty boost 4 aircrafts.

I can see that the B.gate is more appropriate for wars and the lady liberty more appropriate for both wars and multiplayer, although not as powerful compared to the B.gate in wars.

I don't see myself using the HT for multiplayer much with the high cost in oil and all. Some of you may argue that their 5 HTs will survive a battle. But if you miss out on 1 tower, you loose 5k in oil.

There was a time, (1 month back I think) when 5 HTs was all the rage. Being hit a few times myself. I dont know about you guys but I don't see a 5 HT army any more.

It would definitely put a cramp in your oil gathering campaigns......

I just use one HT and almost never lose it in battle. It absorbs a large amount of damage keeping my other troops alive and pillaging....so B. gate has been very, very good to me...
