What's the current housing market doing?

In the latest patch notes we found out the next update will include the Estate which gives 3 extra workers (WHOOOP). BUT, how expensive is this going to be in the in-game store? The last two starter packs increased in price; the first being £7.99 (British currency) and the second £14.99.

The next crown bundle after the £14.99 is £40, so will thtis be the price of progression!?

Very bad news for those of us who don't spend money in the game. Nexon should be careful not to make the gap between crown buyers and non buyers too big as many will quit.

i Think it's going to cost 30 euros( about 25 pounds).. i really hope it's not going to cost 50euros..somethimes sales don't cost the same as crown packages, maybe this time too.
I'm not a crown buyer but i'm surely going to buy the extra citizens pack as i think it improoves the game much more than a hundred euros of crowns

Hasn't someone from Nexon said that game would not have any building that were available for purchase only? That everything in game could be unlocked without paying for it, it would just take longer? But I guess all that changed with special unit sales, although those are not permanent. If this is the direction the game is heading, I'm going to abandon the ship soon. Nb4powerup care to chime in on this?

Posting the update notes for 4.7 made me think the update was coming very soon. But if the product team is still taking feedback on how much the estate is going to cost, that suggests that you haven't even finished it yet, let alone submitted it to the app store. Can you give us some sense of how far off the update really is?

EDIT: If you really are still taking feedback, here's mine - with the ink<H<H<H electrons still barely dry from the Design Spotlight Quesions last month (still stickied as I write this) about how there are no plans to add a permanent in-store building, I sure hope the Estate will be purchaseable with Crowns.

So did the previous starter packs make it impossible to eventually get the house you purchased? No. Why would this only be available to people who spend real money then? I'm guessing it'll be the same structure as before, and people who do not spend will just have to wait until they accumulate enough crowns in-game to get the estate, same way they had to do for the houses.

I hope it's not purchasable with crowns, I hope it's gold. House in starter pack 1 is available in industrial age for 6 Mil I think, house in starter pack should be available in later ages, I bet for gold too. Why would mansion cost crowns?
How about Nexon making all of us happy at least once, and making mansion cost food instead I wouldn't care even if it costs 9 Mil of.

That would be nice, sponge but the update notes "Starting in the Medieval Age, the luxurious Estate can be purchased from the Treasure tab in the Store". Nothing in there costs Gold; only real money and Crowns. Given that choice, I'm hoping for Crowns.
