Where are all the planes?

I'm in the 1300 medal range in EA and I have yet to be attacked by any air units. I find this unusual because everyone I match make against is in industrial with maxed out bases! Has anyone else noticed this? Why is nobody using air units ?

You should get a little bit higher on medals and you'll get what you wish lol ))) zeppelin has mediocre influence, they guy with tanks and tactics attacked me and hardly got 5 stars on the last seconds. If I had anti-air or more def blessings/generals he probably couldn't. So have no fear on air units.

Zepelins take hour to train. From looking at their stats im not impressed. Either no one is using them or their saving them for harder bases than mine

From what I can tell people use aircraft like they do supply carts and ballistas. They take longer to train, so they aren't ideal grinding units. My guess is people will train them overnight or when their away. And from looking at top player bases I can see that biplanes are used more than Zeppelins, and usually only one or two.

I've been attacked by plenty of Zeppelins and planes. One plane crashed into my redoubt tower! My guess is....they might be expensive to produce, take a long time to train, and could be a one use troop....maybe a bit like a general? They appear good at taking out the TC, but I hardly loose any resources when they aim for the TC.

I'm at around 1000 medal range and I do get steamrolled by players with planes. Even with my fully upgraded Archer Towers, I can only take down 2 bi-planes. It is not possible to defend against those fully upgraded IA players - land or air, just give them whatever they want and move on. I don't even bother with Revenge.

Very few people have them yet. And even if the cheaters do, they take so long to train that I'm not sure they are worth it.

I just got bombarded by a Zeppelin a few days back.

70% of my attacked replays are maxed IA players, and normally use one zepplin, with 2 level 25 generals and a heavy tank. so i get demolished by them.
