Where are rubies stored?

I know they're initially in the command post. However I collected the oil in my command post for a bunker, and therefore the gold, food and rubies with it. So where did my rubies go? I know they can't be stolen but I can't seem to find a screen that shows how many I have either.

They're in alliance gate, you can also see the max capacity there.
