Where are the creators of this game and their staff?

Is there any staff or owners active in these Dominations forums and the game itself?

Are they even seeing any of our posts here,
Are they working on adding next ages,
Are they working on fixing bugs,
Or are the creators just collecting cash now for crowns until this game dies?

Ive been in these forums a couple weeks now and havnt seen any staff interaction or communication and zero replies to anyones posts, especially important ones about bugs and cheaters.
I havnt looked everywhere but so far it looks pretty inactive.

I would really like to know the status and future if this game before I invest any more time and money here.

Any staff or developers or owners around here could you please fill us all in a little bit about whats going on here,
there's not much to go on in the announcements forum, especially recently.

Also , anyone know roughly how many owners/developers of this game their is and how much staff are working on this game coding and fixing issues?

Thanks :)

P.S. - this is not meant as a rant or complaint. Myself and some others around here I have noticed are just genuinely curious about whats gonna happen with this game as we really like playing and it has alot of potential to be a great game for a long time IF it properly managed.

Ditto, even a ball park time would be welcome. They claimed they fixed recent lost villages with last weekend's update. For those of us that lost villages 2+ weeks ago, an approximate fix time would be great. Two weeks? A month? A year? Just be straight with us, not knowing is frustrating.

Usually somewhere near the end of the month... they will pop-up to do some announcements. I think the game is going through monthly updates (and frequent ad-hoc server maintenance).

Still no staff replying to this thread even, kinda makes you wonder huh...?

And yah I have noticed a couple small downtimes for 'maintenance' but havnt noticed any actual change in game except a small increase to cavalry dps a little while back. Other than that I have seen basically zero staff or developer communication or action in this game.

Kinda crappy cuz this could be such a good game...

The only threads they seem to respond to are when it threatens the profitability of the game. Booquia yesterday posted that his account had been hacked and he had been given free crowns. That post received a reply yesterday and was closed off by a forum moderator. So I think, that yes, they read these posts, but if it has minimal impact on their bottom line profit, they let the players post away without a need for an official reply. They think it's the best approach, but the fact is...no communication and support to your customers will kill your business.

Read this article. This game isn't making much money for them. I am sure they lost a lot of players since this was written too. Their mobile team probably has a higher priority right now working on Final Fantasy. http://massivelyop.com/2015/05/14/nexon-revenues-rise-in-early-2015/
How do you make that article into them loosing money???
The company attributes its performance to rebounding titles (such as Dungeon & Fighter), the launch of DomiNations (an empire builder), and the Lunar New Year period. Nexon’s primary source of revenue is from PC games although its mobile division is accounting for around 16% of income.

Maybe you didn't read my post thoroughly. I never said anything about losing money. My point is this isn't a big money maker for them. And FF is a known world wide successful brand. They can't screw it up like they did this game.

Looking at the FI report it says: "DomiNations launched in North America and Europe – achieved 6 million downloads; strong retention rate"

Strong retention rate? Seriously?
