where are the update notes

as of today there are no update notes council doesn't seem to be working especially sabotage duration it's giving 13 seconds only to people with 38% plus likely all council isn't working

I've asked for years for bhg to post numbers with the releases. Still waiting for info on any of the updates. Upgrade costs, times, worker numbers, etc.
