council no longer works after the update

the sabotage extension isn't working all sabotage are 13 seconds no matter the council extension, I've attacked bases without the drone command and council is not active, no boost are working helicopter rate of movement and defender spaw time not working test it do the math you will see in right

I tested Sabotage in a war friendly match just now and it was 19 seconds, not sure how you are getting 13 seconds.

what's your percentage I'm 38% used to be 25 seconds counted to 13 and it was gone

Same. Maybe you switched alliances and council members were removed. In any case, I get 19ish seconds now.
