Wheres my crowns gone?

I went into a multiplayer battle before I did I had 338 crowns halfway through the battle a circle in middle of screen started whirling after battle ended I went back to my homebase and all my crowns had gone :-( I tried rebooting game but they never appeared lost into oblivion

For 3 weeks now I got banned for watching videos. I have 2 accounts on the same apple device and I use to watch videos on both of them. For some reason in Nexon server appeared that I was “exploiting the crowns” as per Tin Soldier and since they don’t have a tool to identify exactly how many crowns each account got (also as per Tin Soldier)I was presumed guilty and banned. I’m playing this game for 3 years now and in the last 3 weeks I wrote to GM and Tin Soldier daily but I only got 3 vague responses and absolutely no prouf of me cheating. Until the bann poped in on my screen I was not aware that “exploiting the crowns” exist. It’s sad that to see how Nexon answers this situation. Shame on you Nexon. Shame on you Tin Soldier.

I certainly feel you for playing 3 years and got banned. Surely this is not nice but Tinsoldier said that you were banned NOT because you were watching videos but for some other reason which he didn't explain. Maybe if you keep sending to CS, will find a solution

This sucks.
Maybe they should've just given your extra crowns to baldurs365 and everyone would be happy.

Changing accounts in 1 device do screw profile recognition. That would mess up our accounts. So, be extra careful. That's why this game always suggests players to use different devices for each account.
Btw I was even banned only for commenting on Lisa's topic before
