There were a lot of changes in this update 5.3 Some good and some well it'll probably grow on me... but I think the thing that rattles me the most is the moment after a well played attack, when I just 5 stared my War opponent and wait for the map screen to come up and see those fabulous stars explode... Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! But now when I get there... nothing! Where's the satisfaction of that? Nexon... bring back the BOOM!!!!! Hugs and kisses, Gail

This is the most infuriating aspect of the update....!! The BOOM was the biggest incentive to go to war (not the loot/glory, let's be honest).

Speaking of BOOM... did anyone else notice that the Atomic Bomb in middle of splash screen when the game opens, is now a Sun instead of an atomic bomb going off? I'm not sure when they slipped in that change, but perhaps it's a hint that we won't ever be able to get nuclear weapons in the game. It sure would be fun to wipe out half the map in one shot, but probably wouldn't make for balanced gameplay.

I think it was already clear... I mean, if the Atomic Age does not have Atomic Bombs, then it's unlikely another age will. They could be implemented in a balanced way though. Imagine a tactic that takes up 5 tactic space and hits everything on the map, only the closer to the drop point, the heavier the damage... so stuff far away would take only light damage... if I were designing this game, I'd make it work

Nexon probably only have a budget for one boom, that's why the armory gives you a nice "explosive" recognition when you finish an upgrade.
If we keep buying crowns Nexon will have enough money for two BOOM! related screens!
