I find it difficult to make recruits in this forum, but for three months I do it but nothing ...

Well, you probably shouldn't spam other alliances' alliance gate recruiting threads for starters. That won't win you any friends. Or recruits.

Are you recruit for an Italian alliance? This is an English forum! Most English speakers will not join an Italian language alliance.
What things your alliance have to offer others? Be specific like Italian, Roma friends, good dads,..young players, adult players,..ex..

I am here to offer advice and info to learning players, and offer my team as a place to learn tactics and become great players.

In this game the player is king and it’s your job not just to ‘ask and they will come’ but to offer something unique. What is your war record, are you a hands/off general or do you make incredibly detailed war plans, do you war non- stop or only on Tuesdays? Do you offer beer and pizzas on Fridays?

For example, the alliance I am in wars non-stop but is relatively hands off when it comes to selecting targets and making attacks, help is there is needed but normally we trust players to make their own judgements. Some people love this, others prefer a more structured war plan.

Hijacking other threads can be counterproductive and may unwittingly deter people.

Try Facebook dominations international and reddit. Works too. Got more members from FB though and some from DP. Some were recruited from forums also. Keep trying man. It's a tough market out there

I do not think this is the problem. Because in my recruitment request I have already written that I won 1300 stars in clan wars.
I am a strategist of wars and I always make a plan for all the attacks of a war. I won wars with much stronger opponents of my ex alliance.
But the problem here and the Dominations game because it does not offer much chans to the new alliances of birth. One wants to join a alliance of liv1 with 2-3 people.
and it is very difficult to recruit.
Search I have to write in all forums to recruit !!! ?? does not make sense !!!

Why are you so set on leading an alliance? You've mentioned yourself that you're frustrated that only 2-3 other members decided to join you (in a similar thread you made in Ideas and Improvements), leading an alliance requires work. There are plenty of strong and active alliances, including mine, you're the only one who complains about this problem. You're either not doing your homework or not a good leader. Admit defeat and join one of the many available alliances. Don't blame the game.

It's not the game's problem. There are literally hundreds, thousands of alliances out there that are doing just fine.

You simply have no patience and are going about recruiting all wrong.
