I am Industrial Age and one of my stables is still level 4. I don’t see any discount when I am trying to upgrade it to level 5

Got a response from CS. They acknowledged it as a bug and have forwarded it to dev team for investigation.

There is a button "Show" that is supposed to provide you information on which building upgrades are discounted. But I clicked that and found oil wells of various levels there also. However I think that they are not discounted (they shouldn't yet anyway), but perhaps you could fix this to show correct details?

Same for me, it shows GA farms and caravans (lv15) as on discount
