With all the Server Maintenance...

Is it me only or did you guys notice that with all the server maintenance that we have experienced, there were no 'Golden Hours' when the servers are back on-line. Usually for games like these, after recovering from long maintenance, there should be lots of bases with abundant of resources.

I was wondering why...

It's possible that inactive bases are hidden from searches after maintenance.
