There isn't a flippin link to send a support ticket

I can't even find customer support there is no longer a direct link to send a support ticket and what I did find wouldn't even load the page

I have tried that and got nothing

Now I'm getting attacked and losing medals because my base now has level 1 wood walls. All my gold and food are gone nothing is mine. I spent a lot of money working on my base.

I have just had the same thing happen to me . But I am ggetting pretty ticked off about the 2 hole thing . They seriously need some people who know what the heck they're doing before launching a game .

And it won't let me attach a screen shot I'm seriously getting really really po'd first I don't get my crowns and now this .

Crowns I still have not received my crowns I purchased. I'm trying to be patient but I bought specifically to use for a 5 day treaty so I can upgrade w/o losing everything. So far I've been plundered 3 times. I want my crowns please.

I can't get support to function properly and I didn't receive my crowns.
