Village's mismatching issue

let's help Nexon to identify root cause of this issue. I suggest to post in this topic only facts, not emotions:
before my village changing I had approximately 41-42 level... after I launch game on another device I got not my village and 11 level. The nation remained the same as I have before village changing. (Romans). The Age (Medieval Age) remained the same. Food and mone been dramatically reduced.The medals remained the same. Achievements remained the same. Goals remained the same. Crowns looks like remained the same (but I cannot give 100% guarantee). Village is not mine... looks like it have been taken from another player.
For playing I use two device Phone - Samsung Galaxy 5 (Android 4.4.2) and tablet Samsung Galaxy Note 10 (Android 4.1.2).
Moreover I cannot launch game on phone at all

I have just had the same thing happen to me . But I am ggetting pretty ticked off about the 2 hole thing . They seriously need some people who know what the heck they're doing before launching a game .
