I can't get support to function properly and I didn't receive my crowns.

I still have not received my crowns I purchased. I'm trying to be patient but I bought specifically to use for a 5 day treaty so I can upgrade w/o losing everything. So far I've been plundered 3 times. I want my crowns please.
