    planning->ww day speedup by mutual agreement

    planning day can be boring, if everyone is ready. idea: for the leader/co-leader .... a 'start war day now' checkbox. if it's checked on both teams, planning day stops and ww day starts immediately. while unchecked on either team, planning day proceeds normally.
