I can't even find customer support there is no longer a direct link to send a support ticket and what I did find wouldn't even load the page

Crowns I still have not received my crowns I purchased. I'm trying to be patient but I bought specifically to use for a 5 day treaty so I can upgrade w/o losing everything. So far I've been plundered 3 times. I want my crowns please.

I'm not a dude for one and it is an urgent matter. The guy is a vile human being. I will not let people in my alliance be spoken to in the manner he did. And it wasn't just a few curse words either. I kicked him out of my alliance for very good reasons and he's back in there and I can't do...
