To answer your reply: when has the app been anything other than power beating up on weakness?
Ever since I reached MA level I have been outclassed by higher level players either taking medals or resources or both. Back in the day I questionned the age/level differential but was told by the CS it's a free-for-all. In Nexon's view the players with the most money will always have greater leverage and the lower levels are there to be preyed on. Don't expect those inequalities In the system to be removed.
In many ways the app follows a retrograde concept because new players are increasingly left behind or falling further away from all the new advances.
Already there are major discussions among top alliances where for example if atomic reaches 24 days for upgrades many players will move on. Many of my friends and comrades left the game when global appeared. I won't be surprised if there is another large wave of departures.
Nexon is in a quandary. There are huge numbers of abandoned bases (7:1 in a recent count), there are still major glitches, and serious criticisism from both the top and lower levels. The level of conversation between the CS and the top 20 is well developed and based upon 2 years of hard lessons. To my mind atomic has to make things better or the players will find alternatives. Good attempt but that's Philipos and his 3rd throw away base. I hear he dropped only 11 Glory stars out of 42 battles with that base. He's lifetime banned from the forum because he led the players revolt in May. I like some of his opinions and have copied his comments because we share similar views about the game. My base isn't in the top 20 and is no longer part of an alliance.

Doesnt fix the problem of stalemates, assuming you mean that stars are still the first determining factor of war wins. The whole premise behind stacking is to make your top half impossibly strong for the opposing team. They get 5* on their opponents with blindfolds on, and they cannot be touched given the upgrade disparity. Its by far, without question, the best strategy to win wars in Dominations. Nothing else even comes close.
I thought this was one of the few great ideas on the forum, I think it was Chris from Outlaws that posted it originally, along with gail's 10* defense idea, that actually made a lot of sense. Of course you'd have to replace 'avg level' with the war rank calculation, but it seems like a pretty good idea. It lowers the weight of Iron-GP bases. This both prevents global/industrial alliances from lowering their averages by any material amount, and also keeps the alliances truly built with Medieval-EA bases relatively safe from being matched too high.
Im sure there are holes that can be poked in it, but to be honest anything is better than what it is today, which is a nightmare.

Nb4powerup 4 weeks since this post, and over 3 months since this became probably one of the biggest concerns ever raised by your community. Still, 0 specific information, timelines or actions. If you cannot provide more information, what is a reasonable expectation we should have for your communication?
Problem is Nb4powerup is 1 person, it amazes me that no one else in Nexon/BHG has the common courtesy to post...anything! No doubt Tim "choo choo" Train won't add anything here. Maybe they check their FB page more frequent, because it doesn't seem like they have a pulse here. Or maybe they r too afraid to post anything...idk.
