4.0 World War Issues

Hello Leaders! We are aware that you may be having issues with World Wars displaying incorrectly. This is due to a version mismatch issue which will be resolved once the community fully updates to 4.0. Any wars entering War Day from 2am UTC 4/7 onward will appear as normal.

If you have a war currently in progress your stars may be displayed irregularly, but your battles have been saved, and you will still receive war loot at the end of the war. Thanks for your patience!

It not only impacted how stars are displayed. It impacted who won the war and how we chose who to attack. I expect the whole team will receive compensation for this. Team USA Proud!!

That's great and my alliance is now able to declare new war, but it says we lost the previous war that was glitched.
It says that we lost the war and the score was 0-3. Additionally. It is saying that 10 of our attacks were all failures. We were even given the loser prize.. Now this would be great if we had actually lost, but we were winning the war. It seems like the game did not record our victories.

Now you guys could still be working on this problem and it will be resolve later. I just wanted to mention this. Thank you for your hard work.

Some people in my alliance are reporting that they received some crowns for compensation. Most did not get it however (including me). Is this something that every player will get? Has it got something to do with Android/iOS?

The same thing happened to our alliance (Aussie Tavern) as well, we were winning the war, then the update happened and all battles registered no stars and said 0% when I had achieved 5 stars and 100% so if that wasn't bad enough it then told us that we lost when we were clearly winning!! This was very annoying but made worse when some of the players in our alliance were compensated with 300 crowns but most of us including me weren't compensated! Why is that? And will we all get the compensation? I've been playing for more than a year and a half and this has to be the worst problem yet! A speedy reply would be great, thank you
