4x crowns offers for AFK arena denied while I made the in app purchase!!

There was this offer where you make an in app purchase and you get 3400 crowns in dominations.
I made the purchase and I got an error related to network, so I waited 10 mins and retried. After a while, I checked and I had not received the crowns.
I checked the google play purchase history and showed that both transactions were completed succesfully.

I ask for a refund for the second transaction and leave the first as is. They denied me the crowns!!
I opened a ticket and its been 4 days now and no progress is made at all.

I bought a small package from AFK arena for 5.49 and It was the first time I installed this game. I should have gotten the crowns without any other question and I provided all relevant proof in the form of screenshots. Yet nothing is being done!

Can anyone help? Any ideas?

wrathchild_78 I am sorry to hear this. All my offers have been instantly rewarded including the offer you are looking for. I make sure i load dominations, minimise it and then play the game/crap they are offering. I also make sure no tracking blockers etc are activated...

Ask refund for both purchases. Meanwhile, contact the bank to cancel the transaction.

I'm currently playing Game of Thrones game and I've got a bad feeling I'm gonna face the same music.
​​​​​​They go out of their way to advertise other game yet when it comes to paying up they just point a finger at Ironsource who then just mug you off for days and weeks.

I have level 7 Keep so far, another 4-5 days and I'll be crying to Ironsource about my missing crowns.

Sorry man. You are screwed. Ironsource will reject all claims. Nexon will wash their hands of it and say it's ironsource.

Because Nexon hates you and wants your money. They get paid for your offer completion regardless if you do.

This happens to me all the time. You can have screenshots of everything and they deny. I think it's time to contact Google Play and the apple store to start notifying them of the unfair trade practices of these companies.

They should not be allowed to lie, cheat and steal

After so many days of patience, Ironsource didn't reply at all to my messages. This is definitely something that must change.
Luckily, Tinsoldier himself, saw the injustice and reimbursed me for this and I am grateful and happy now. The question is why a community manager should deal with such things and not Ironsource support dept? Maybe there are too many third party companies involved and they lose control of what happens for each player? And when anything happens outside of their strict requirements, they simply automatically reject all the rewards?

Nexon gets paid for every offer we do or ad we watch. By "ironsource" denying the claim they get the money and can pretend they aren't the bad guy.

I have been trying to have ironsource or Nexon honor the deal but neither will budge. And they won't tell me why I'm being denied. BECAUSE THEY KNOW I'M RIGHT.

So I will keep harassing them. I will keep complaining to Google Play about the fraudulent acts of Nexon.

I will keep posting. I will keep sending claims over it.

It's not about the 5704 crowns or the $1.39 I spent.

It's about the lies.

It's about the deceit.

And it's about dragging them thru the mud

Ok the unexpected happened!! I got the crowns from Ironsource!!!! They did not respond to any of my tickets but now my offer wall, shows AFK Arena as "Completed" and not "Denied" anymore.
/Case closed

Hope the same happens to all those that were in my position. I feel for you guys/girls
