UPDATE -- 5/4/2015: We've completed game account restores for those players affected by negative Crown amounts. If you are experiencing otherwise, please reach out to us using any one of the below methods. Thank you!

As a result of the the two server maintenances today, certain accounts were impacted and now display negative crowns. If you're an affected account, please reach out and contact Customer Support via the method below:

Submit a support request by sending us an in-game Customer Support ticket: Settings > Customer Service > Report Issue

If you're posting in these forums regarding your negative crown amounts, please include your player ID (found in the Settings > Customer Service window) and ensure you report the issue using the in-game Customer Support flow so we can properly track and fix your account.

I haven't spent my 200 extra crowns, but it's more than fair reward for all this problems and I lost medals. The problem is that some players received 1200 up to 45000 and already spent them. It should be balanced imo

Well I lost all my crowns and went into negative then last night there was another update and I had 2 times the amount of crowns I originally had with a note saying that crowns have been credited to my account and thanks for my patients. Nooooooow there is another "update" and I am sure that I will loose them all again. I think I have had enough of this game. To expensive when they take your money and not delivering. Obviously they don't have the proper procedures in place to maintain this game and all its components.

I have to admit that in the past I have had issues with purchasing crowns and not getting them but today the devs have really out done them selfs, I log on today and I received 13000 crowns due to the server outages and the other problems listed but I can say they restored my faith in them

I am showing negative crowns as well. Also I lost a lot of medals. Because of the server maintenance I am unable to get my player id#. My town is tallville

When this game will be back for good? I sitll cant connect, last time I did I was attacked 4x, lost LOST OF MEDALS and RESOURCES!!!! THIS IS BS!!!!!!! No more peace treat? CMON!!!! My player name is XIMILIS my Clan is Comando Brasil!!! Do something!!!

Hi, everyone. We are looking into this issue. Please go through the proper channels and send a ticket into support from within the game so we have the proper data to fix the issue. I will be closing this thread.
