UPDATE -- 5/4/2015: We've completed game account restores for those players affected by negative Crown amounts. If you are experiencing otherwise, please reach out to us using any one of the below methods. Thank you!

As a result of the the two server maintenances today, certain accounts were impacted and now display negative crowns. If you're an affected account, please reach out and contact Customer Support via the method below:

Submit a support request by sending us an in-game Customer Support ticket: Settings > Customer Service > Report Issue

If you're posting in these forums regarding your negative crown amounts, please include your player ID (found in the Settings > Customer Service window) and ensure you report the issue using the in-game Customer Support flow so we can properly track and fix your account.

Hi, still have negative crown amount ( -14,000) . Medals restored. And before server update made a purchase of 14,000 crowns and after the that server frizzed. So where is my money? Tnx . ID 3601001. It's happen yesterday about 4:15 PM. Tnx again.

After the 'fix' I got a message on logging in that I had a new house (from starter pack presumably) but my crown balance was still -4500. I'm missing about 15200 crowns (starter + mountain packs), player ID is 962 575. Could you fix please. Thanks.

I had just purchased 20,500 crowns yesterday and I am negative now. Also my peace treaties are not effective and I am losing resources. My id is #1696340

My medals were partially restored, but not yet up to correct ammount, should be something around 950, only got 900.

My medals are returned back to the original one after the last update but I had 9K crowns prior to the last update. I turned on the game this morning. I was given additional 3000 crowns but my account only showed 2000 crowns total. I lost 9000 crowns and the bonus compensation that you guys gave to me. My account ID is 1111275. Thank you!

I purchased a package of 500 crowns and 1200 crowns. The 500 crowns were never given and After the server maintanance 1200 crowns were missing from my account.

Account still showing negative crowns after seeing the message it was "fixed". Whoever wrote that in game message jumped the gun.

I'm not worried about the money, I can always have my CC company do a charge back if it isn't resolved, but claiming you fixed the issue before verifying you fixed the issue is just bad form.

Hi, I bought starter pack yesterday.
Today, I got -943 crown on my account balance
