5/2/2015 -- Negative Crown Amounts

UPDATE -- 5/4/2015: We've completed game account restores for those players affected by negative Crown amounts. If you are experiencing otherwise, please reach out to us using any one of the below methods. Thank you!

As a result of the the two server maintenances today, certain accounts were impacted and now display negative crowns. If you're an affected account, please reach out and contact Customer Support via the method below:

Submit a support request by sending us an in-game Customer Support ticket: Settings > Customer Service > Report Issue

If you're posting in these forums regarding your negative crown amounts, please include your player ID (found in the Settings > Customer Service window) and ensure you report the issue using the in-game Customer Support flow so we can properly track and fix your account.

Your crowns are restored. Medals and alliance issues will be restored after the maintenance.

I see people above my post and after.. and they are or have been help with this neagative crown issue! Can someone pease help me ?

Was able to restore your crown amount, you'll need to win the medals back and rejoin the alliance.

There is no way to restore my medals?? I spent nearly 48 hours to get those medals! Also, I can't rejoin my alliance because the game won't let me leave my current one.

Name:Blackbird ID:4379418 I got 618- crowns and my league are restarted. Can't finish builds or bost after 5 min, the game ask me to buy crowns. If I win crowns are subtracted from the negative number. Plis fix this i like much this game and today Y put 11 euros and can't use the crowns..

Player ID: 3406994, on IOS 8.3. Can we please have a response on how to fix alliance problem..Our members are no longer "in" the alliance but the game says they are. Members can not rejoin as the game tells them they are "in an alliance"? This issue has been mentioned above but is being ignored. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Searching the alliance show all members are in.
