UPDATE -- 5/4/2015: We've completed game account restores for those players affected by negative Crown amounts. If you are experiencing otherwise, please reach out to us using any one of the below methods. Thank you!

As a result of the the two server maintenances today, certain accounts were impacted and now display negative crowns. If you're an affected account, please reach out and contact Customer Support via the method below:

Submit a support request by sending us an in-game Customer Support ticket: Settings > Customer Service > Report Issue

If you're posting in these forums regarding your negative crown amounts, please include your player ID (found in the Settings > Customer Service window) and ensure you report the issue using the in-game Customer Support flow so we can properly track and fix your account.

Player ID: 4335088 As with the others....crowns went negative after the update. Please resolve so I can keep on playing. Would really love to continue supporting this game.

I've submitted a request in-game, but nothing happened. Please fix.
Missing crowns, medals went down to 200, no longer in league or alliance.

Player ID: 2033865 Lost a significant amount of crowns and 40+ medals. Please correct this. I make in app. purchases, and if known exploits, hacks and bugs such as this keep plaguing my user experience, I am going to be asking for a refund of the money I've spent. This is a defective product, subject to the same rules and consumer protections afforded to consumers purchasing any other goods or services. PS - Not responding to customer service emails is probably a good way to kill off your business. Given that you have been notified of the issues outlined above, and continue to encourage payment for a defective product, borders on fraud.

I have bought starter pack, so I had more than 1300 crowns, but when I woke up, more than 1100 (or 1200? ) are missing!!!!.


I have also sent support ticket
Note: I bought starter pack with google play store on android device but currently playing on iphone.

Update: Crowns are restore (big plus). I still lost around 350 medals this morning, went from 1341 to 999 medals after update. My alliance is Topdenominators, but I was returned back to my old alliance. I am unable to leave and join back my alliance. Hope these issues are addressed as well. I am being patient.

My account is also affected. My Player ID is 1111275. I got -9974 crowns. My medals went from 1341 to 999 this morning. It took me months to get to that kind of high medals and now I lost them over a few minutes. I have spent $250 to buy your crowns and support your game and this is how I was treated. I am very disappointed. I was also kicked out of my guild Topdominators. I am very frustrated now and considered take some legal actions regarding this issue.

Also we were pulled back to our old alliance. We can't leave. When we leave, after 20 sec we're back in our old alliance.

ID:1372406 had something 12,000 crowns, now negative 127,559? Also had 3 days left on a peace treaty that has disappeared.

ID 4722794. Crowns showing negative. Looks like it deleted the crowns I purchased with starter pack. Also removed from alliance but can't rejoin because it says I'm already in an alliance.

Player Id 3492194. Lost about 2300 crowns just had bought a mounds worth last night. At negative 321 now. I don't care about medals I lost

You know what, screw "fixing" my account, I'd like you to delete my account and give me a full refund of the money I've spent on in app. purchases. I urge you to take this seriously. If you'd care to discuss, contact me via email.

My player ID. 3379228. i lost a lot of my Crowns. I was over 600 medals. I m not in my alliance. A very bad bug for a good game. But when my game not recover again, its the last day for me to play dominations

playerid=856565 Now have negative crowns. Lost ~100 medals. Lost the three day peace treaty I had paid for. Need all rectified, will be contacting apple for refund if required.
