5/2/2015 -- Negative Crown Amounts

UPDATE -- 5/4/2015: We've completed game account restores for those players affected by negative Crown amounts. If you are experiencing otherwise, please reach out to us using any one of the below methods. Thank you!

As a result of the the two server maintenances today, certain accounts were impacted and now display negative crowns. If you're an affected account, please reach out and contact Customer Support via the method below:

Submit a support request by sending us an in-game Customer Support ticket: Settings > Customer Service > Report Issue

If you're posting in these forums regarding your negative crown amounts, please include your player ID (found in the Settings > Customer Service window) and ensure you report the issue using the in-game Customer Support flow so we can properly track and fix your account.

Hi The Wise, please help. My crown got minus again after last maintenance. Previously i got -4976 and got recovered (my previous post above). Now after maintenance again my crown back minus -1100. After the latest maintenance I still have negative crowns, before all this started I had about 1200, then I had -1400 or so, now I have -13.

[UPDATE 5] - Server Maintenance complete. Players crowns, medals, and alliance are restored. ???????? yesterday with the problem the game kicked me out of the alliance .. at the end the llider remove my name to see if he could go this way .. now it's impossible enter !!!! there is a penalty if the leader removes your account ??

After the latest update I logged in to be given a message saying I had been awarded 10000 crowns as a gift. These are not in my crown count.

Yesterday just hours before the update I bought 1200 crowns. After the update i was at -744 crowns. After today's update I'm still at -34 crowns. I know that i at least had around 800 crowns left and I want them back. Player name Amme92 player ID: 362655. Help soon, i want my crowns back
