UPDATE -- 5/4/2015: We've completed game account restores for those players affected by negative Crown amounts. If you are experiencing otherwise, please reach out to us using any one of the below methods. Thank you!

As a result of the the two server maintenances today, certain accounts were impacted and now display negative crowns. If you're an affected account, please reach out and contact Customer Support via the method below:

Submit a support request by sending us an in-game Customer Support ticket: Settings > Customer Service > Report Issue

If you're posting in these forums regarding your negative crown amounts, please include your player ID (found in the Settings > Customer Service window) and ensure you report the issue using the in-game Customer Support flow so we can properly track and fix your account.

Thank you all for your patience on this issue.

All previous crowns on my family's accounts became negative and I even made purchase during negative period because did not notice the negative problem at first. ID: 392204, 426727, 1784580

ID 3465625 / jroure .......after the server issue I lost the alliance to start the game ... I can't join again .....the alliance exists but is impossible to enter, my name appeared in it .... the leader has deleted my account of the alliance but still can not access ... impossible !!! I can access other but not mine this is my problem crows are ok for me ... alliance IXLEGIONHISPANA .. now I'm out bot impossible enter :(

I'd: 809145 just want to get my crowns back to normal. Not really worried about medals. Lol. Received some but not all. Ty for the fix

I submitted a support ticket about this yesterday, almost 24 hours ago, and still no reply or fix on my account. I still have negative crowns and have lost 450+ medals.

My ID is 954997.

I do not think it is acceptable to simply say we have to win our medals back. I have spent money and time to get to the point in the game where I had 905 medals. If you can restore crowns you can restore medals. It will take us a lot more time, effort and crowns to win back hundreds of medals.

Not only that, but it is completely unfair that we are now miles behind unaffected users. And you really need to sort your act out re the servers if you wish to retain any credibility with your customers.

I am STILL waiting for an answer to this public relations nightmare.

I have a negative balance. It said -1250, but I know I did not have that opposite amount; when I won a crown from cutting a tree down it showed -1249. Please restore my amount of proper amount of crowns. In all honesty, I cannot recall exactly how many I had, but I know it wasn't 1250, but it is under 2000.

What I think you cannot restore is my 100% faith in this app that this will not be a continuing issue :-/. Please help. Thanks.
