5* battles have 0 chances of earning national trade goods

I have written in several times about this but no one from customer service has given any good answers apart from canned ones.
How can all my 5* battles have 0 chances of earning national trade goods? And it’s been more than 7 days that I have not been earning any NTGs. Anyone else having this problem or is it only my account having this issue?

i've heard others experience similar problems. None has reported back that this problem has been solved. Sorry

Same problem for me, not a single NTG in months.
This is not a minor bug, but a huge one that causes people to stop playing...

The GMs have been making good success in encouraging wars (basically a game-community activity) to take place in-game with sufficient numbers.
But now with this bug in the way, it is super counterproductive to the good GMs' efforts spent so far since having no NTGs obviously puts people off in going to war. And it is funny that is selective players only, not affecting everyone generally, have we done something wrong to not deserve any NTGs anymore?!

Referring to this link, it is already a grind for some players to get NTGs in the first place. And now making it impossible to obtain any NTGs (for those bugged) to receive nothing even for 5-star battles is really unacceptable! https://forums.bighugegames.com/foru...ons-discussion

What really pisses me off even more is that even when I spend time to take screenshots, submit/report this particular bug (players can all agree with me that it is definitely a bug), GMs James, EJ and Ariel are not empathetic and simply shrug it off by replying with this same canned answer "as informed earlier, NTGs are given by chances and are not guaranteed. However, the chances of this being given increases if you have 5-star an enemy after a battle!" What sort of customer service is this? GMs replies: https://imgur.com/a/RaBC7ca

GMs should respect players time and efforts in reporting bugs and at the very minimum appreciate the report and create a ticket and not just simply shrug off a reported issue without having spent any effort in investigating the issue. We don’t need canned replies, what we need are real Game Masters who are able to support our player community by listening to our feedback and then doing something that’s at least good and practical! May I ask how can someone with no empathy even deserve to be a GM?

Customer service? )) They always get off with empty phrases, and it's still luck when they've bothered to write something, usually it's a copy-paste dummy.

Still no action nor acknowledgement by CS they are fixing this issue till date. BHG is so darn irresponsible to their paying customers!

Even though my Embassy is already maxed level, the fact that I get 0 NTGs with any of won battles reminds me that my Embassy was not even built at all.

I do have a second account which I play with this same iPad and iPhone and existing Installed clients. Both devices give me 0 NTGs for weeks now for my Digital Age account, however my CWA account gives NTGs as usual. So it has to be a problem with my Digital Age account. Btw, so what if I used Bjorn to loot for NTGs? Still nothing all these weeks!

I think it is terrible that this is still ongoing for you. And I would like to think you have already tried to correct this by deleting the game cache/data, uninstall & reinstall. If after that you still don't receive NTGs, it only proves that the fault is server side. I know talk about chance, I might not receive any about 1 in 20 5* attacks. You should DM tinman.

My observations are that when you have plenty of ntg already you receive some with a 5 stars victory and when you dont have much in your inventory you receive none,,,
just like when its time for rabbit or deer hunting event you dont see any of those

Definitely a bug, still zero NTGs for the past 2 months. No acknowledgement by any GM or CS. They just shrug this off as a random issue. No actions has been taken till date.

I know there are a number of folks who face this same issue. BHG needs to be convinced by having more people report. Please reply to this post if you have this same issue.

Same old brand new response from a totally stranger GM. Seems like they have a huge team of them who all copy paste answers. What an easy job they have!

People having this bug like myself are severely disadvantaged by the missing National Trade Goods bug as the ongoing challenge is requiring us to earn a total of 20 in order to complete the tasks!
