5* battles have 0 chances of earning national trade goods

I have written in several times about this but no one from customer service has given any good answers apart from canned ones.
How can all my 5* battles have 0 chances of earning national trade goods? And it’s been more than 7 days that I have not been earning any NTGs. Anyone else having this problem or is it only my account having this issue?

Yes, indeed and I played as normal, no updates or reinstalls or anything, but it just started appearing again in my battle drops all of a sudden! Hope those with this same bug have gotten their similar issue fixed too!
