Ability to form deploy groups for troops

With the number of troops growing, it becomes hard to deploy troops quickly and correctly in later ages. Moreover, in wars one often has to scroll side to side to use correct tactics, mercenaries and donations. Even when deploying a lot of infantry, one has to tap the device like a woodpecker. Similar to another thread about sortable troop tab (that I didn't want to hijack for this idea), I wanted to propose giving players ability to create troop groups.

For example, a British player may want to deploy 30 archers at once. Another player may want to deploy supply carts along with their infantry. I often want to deploy all 4 of my planes at once (otherwise the game prioritizes a plane that's almost dead before undeployed one, resulting in that plane being shut down when it could have survived). Basically I'd like to be able to create a "troop group" or two in my own base prior to my attack and then use these for faster, more manageable deploys with less clutter in my deploy bar. This could also allow the player to use Protect tactic more effectively. Currently it takes a while to deploy all troops in war and I often have to rally them back together before using Protect, and as we all know rallying has become suicidal thanks to Missile Silos.

I can only second this. I has been suggested several times by me and the others. Seeing that devs ignoring the suggedtion (perhaps due to complexity involved) I have starded to beg for at least the sort option (which is technically simpler to implement).

One or another way, it has to be adressed. Current state of the troops deployment in later ages is unacceptable. You has to use only a few units type or you are at the serious disadvantage.

Centurion, I work in software as well and can tell you that this wouldn't be complicated to add. In fact, based on other logic in the game, I'm pretty sure 90% of the scaffolding needed for this is already there. It's really just a matter of Nexon not thinking of this as a priority. Remembering what troops you have in what group would be no different than remembering your mercenary choice (after all, your mercenaries are also a group), Nexon also routinely adds troop armies, which also work very similar to a troop group (with troops they hardcode into it themselves). The only work left is adding a window that lets you assign your troops to said groups, and this would work very similar to how you select troop tactics in your Stronghold.
