Ability to reply to Customer Service

If you've played dominations for years, or even if you've played for only 1 month, you've probably been frustrated with Nexons Customer Service and the generic responses they seem to offer disguised as "support".

It seems to me like have the GM's in support dont even take the time to read my question before replying with a box standard solution to something that had nothing to do with my initial query.

At the end of a supposedly resolved issue we as gamers have the option to rate the GM's CS out of 5 stars. I would be interested in seeing the results of all calls logged. My guess is that a good 70% of issues would be rated at 1/2 stars.

my suggestion is to allow gamers the ability to reply to CS after they try and deliver a solution to the problem that we report in the first place. I dont think this is an unreasonable request.
