Changes to Customer Service

I realise a topic of Changes to customer service" could be a long winded subject but I would like to suggest one change to the ingame CS response system.
Currently we send a ticket & get 2 responses: one generic and one from a game master. If that game master thinks they've answered the question they close the ticket.
However, sometimes they misinterpret our original request/complaint or there's something else we want to say. Instead of being able to carry on the conversation we have to start a new conversation.
We should be able to continue the same conversation if we have something else to add.
Can you please suggest this?

It used to be like that, but they changed it.

The biggest issue IMHO is the customer service representatives are usually completely ignorant on basic game mechanics and send you demonstrably incorrect information half the time.

More often than not CS reps know exactly what the hell is going. They are simply forbidden to provide info. Trust me on this one, as a CS rep myself the worst part of my job is not dealing with comlete idiots but rather not able to provide the exact and complete information.

I tried telling them my IGN was my real name and they told me they wouldn’t change it still. My IGN is obviously not a real name...lol, i think Houkai is right

How? Are there real people behind CS? I always have the idea that I'm just sure I have a "silo" "cheat" "hacker" so incoherent answers, if it is the case that is the one that prohibits giving more accurate information, the best case would be to eliminate said department, with that they would earn more money than that the main purpose of the game

Why even bother talking to Customer Service ? They never do anything helpful. Just tell you to screw off. They hate their players.

Customer Service is a complete joke at Nexon. My most recent ticket I had an issue with the game crashing. Was told to provide screenshots and they awaited my response. I responsded telling them how are screenshots supposed to be captured of a game crash when the app closes itself? Their response was "We haven't heard from you in awhile so we are closing the ticket"

I freaking kid you not! They close tickets when you are in the middle of discussing serious game issues.

Essentially that is a company telling customers to piss off.
