They don’t necessarily have to give out account information. Perhaps something similar to what happened back in 2018 with the matrix glitch. They penalised the players and tagged them with “Leader” or “No Hope”. This may not bother some, but the potential humiliation might stem some of the behaviour. It seemed to me back then, with with Josh Macklin as VIP manager, BHG started heading in the right direction by being a bit more proactive and communicative regarding such issues. BHG can't possible give out account information to the public since it would violate their own TOS. So unless they change their TOS, they won't ever publicly list accounts that get any type of punitive measures.
