Alliance Gate Perk 3 Fix

Greeting Leaders!
Today we’re rolling a fix to address the Alliance Gate Perk 3 issue. This is a server side fix and will not require an update, but please allow it some time to propagate.
If you are still seeing the issue tomorrow (3/31), please update here!

I do not think it has been fixed for me. Maybe I am
wrong? With all bonuses and perks my Alliance gate gets 66 troops. One of our aliance members, with France nation, gets 72 - I think it worked for him, but not for me. I am with Germany nation.

The fix adds +3 to alliance gate capacity in war defense; that's all that was broken. It's been fixed.

As for your example, French gets +6 extra so the math checks out (albeit the topic is unrelated to perk 3).

Thanks! I forgot that France gets +6. I was thinking +3, for some reason...
