Not sure if it's a glitch or not, but I joined an alliance, left immediately and then tried to join another alliance which was open with no requirements, but a message saying you must wait before you request again keeps popping up, for the last half hour. I've tried joining other alliances but the same message pops up, which doesn't let me join. Anybody know if there is a workaround for this, or if it's supposed to happen and not a glitch?
